Adding user accounts for your colleagues is extremely easy!
You can add as many colleagues as you wish – there are no restrictions. Simply follow these steps:
1 – Go to Settings and click Add a new user
You will find it in the ‘Users‘ section of the ‘Settings‘ menu:
2 – Add your colleague’s details
The top three options are self explanatory – simply add your colleague’s name, surname and email:
Then, you have the following options:
‘User can access service as’: you may not see this option at all.
- If you don’t see it, skip this step.
- If you do, here, you can select WHICH access you would like your colleague to have.
‘Receive reminders settings’: this is mostly related to whether you would like your colleague to receive reminders to upload data for your company, or not.
- If you would like them to receive reminders – nothing to do, please leave the default selection.
- If you don’t want them to be sent reminders to upload data – select ‘No add data reminders‘
‘Auto-attached reports’: PowerStats has the capability to automatically send you and your colleagues certain reports, automatically. You can leave this part un-touched for now, and set up these reports later.
3 – Click the green Add user button
And our system will take care of the rest! Easy…

You’re finished! As long as the “Success!” message appeared on the screen, your invite to your colleague has been successfully sent. You may wish to check with your colleague that their invite has arrived – sometimes, your corporates firewall/anti-spam system can mark our invitations as ‘junk’.
